Fire / Perception |
|
This direction, its shape and its color, constitutes the material manifestations of our various impulsions of love, possibly evolving toward true compassion. Our senses usually identify these dynamic impulses with an internal fire that consumes us without diminishing us. Such impulses are not only felt in the chest but also, scientifically speaking, the various oxygenation and combustion at the origin of our bodily heat originate in this part of our body. Fire is, at the same time, strength and impermanence. It constantly projects by itself and for us an image to which our insecurity has the tendency to give a permanence. Because of this, it can happen that in certain periods of our life, we somewhat mistake the images of what we are and, therefore, of our conception of the world. Tantra includes various rituals of detachment and impermanence allowing us to change this situation. |
